Rules of Participation

How to participate?

No purchase of any of Adriana’s Insurance Services, Inc., (“Adriana’s”) products and services is necessary. To participate in this contest, you just need to call, or visit one of our offices and ask for an insurance quote. In order to be eligible, your quote must take place between February 27th, 2012 and March 7th, 2011, (henceforward, each person fulfilling with all of the above will be referred to as “Participant”).

Contest Rules:
This contest is open to California residents who are at least 18 years old. A valid personal Identification must be produced at Adriana’s request. The following individuals are excluded from this contest: Adriana’s employees, any sponsor of this contest, promotion, advertising agencies and its affiliates, and certain direct family members of Adriana’s employees and its affiliates, and those individuals residing with such employees as well.

Prize and contest details: 1. The prize consists of two (2) tickets for the Polo Polo show for any of the dates listed here: March 9, 10 or 11, 2012 at the Teatro Casablanca venue located in Los Angeles, CA. 2. The winner will be selected in a random process and this selection will take place on March 7th at Adriana’s corporate building in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Such selection will be through an electronic toss, which will determine the Participant winning the Prize. 3. Adriana’s will contact the winner of the Prize in order to inform him/her of the procedure to claim the Prize. The name of the winner will be informed in this website the next day of the winner’s selection date. 4. Maximum number of Participants for this contest is limited to five hundred thousand (500,000). Chances to win the Prize will be contingent upon the number of actual Participants. One insurance quote is equal to one chance to participate in the contest. Maximum one quote per person. Minimum chances to win, one (1) in five hundred thousand (500,000). 5. By claiming and receiving the Prize, the winning Participant authorizes Adriana’s and its affiliates, to use his/her name, voice, photography, domicile and/or residence, without further compensation, for advertising and publicity purposes, in any way or media as Adriana’s may deem appropriate (including ,without limitation to radio, newspaper and other publications, television and/or film, presentation, video and internet). 6. By accepting the Prize, the winning Participant accepts and understands that Adriana’s and its affiliates, will not be liable for any losses, or damages related, or arising out of his/her acceptance or any use of the Prize. 7. This contest is subject to federal, state and municipal laws. This contest will be void where prohibited by law. 8. Adriana’s reserves the right to terminate, modify or cancel this contest at any time. Consult this site regularly to keep yourself informed of the current status of this contest. 9. Adriana will make available the specific rules as well as any details, applicable to this contest, upon any request from any person or Participant. 10.
